Shipping and Handling Policies
Axl’s Closet Expedited Shipping Options are Currently: UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
Standard Shipping and Handling
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via ground delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories.
Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

Shipping Carriers
They determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).
Currently, they do not ship internationally.
International Re-Shipping agents and Forwarding Services
If you are ordering through an International Re-Shipping agent or Forwarding Service, they do not guarantee delivery past the initial address.
If the tracking information states that it has been delivered to the shipping agent, the transaction has been completed and they will not refund your money.
How Do I Return Or Exchange An Order?
Not stoked on your items? Looking to return it or make an exchange? No problem, Axl’s Closet have an Unlimited Return Policy: they guarantee complete satisfaction and an unlimited lifetime warranty. If at any time you’re not 100% satisfied, send your product back for a full refund. No questions asked.
To make the return/exchange process super speedy, it all starts with the prepaid label that was included in your order.
1. If you choose to use that label for your return, $4.99 will be deducted from your refund on the item(s) that you have returned. This is a onetime deduction to cover shipping, not a per item charge.
2. Package your gear along with all the tags (if you still have them), stick the label to the package and fill out the reason for return survey on the return label sheet (this is used to help fine tune product info).
3. Place the package on your porch or in your mailbox and the postman will deliver it back to Axl’s Closet.
They will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for the item (they like to keep things simple and safe, so they won’t refund a different card or send a check).
It generally takes 2-3 business days after the package arrives at their warehouse for your return to be processed. When it is received, you will get an email confirmation.
TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE
If you’d like to exchange your product for something else, the best thing to do is to return your item for a full refund and place a new order at the same time. Placing the new order now just ensures that you’ll get it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock.
TO RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT USING THE PRE-PAID LABEL
If you choose to pay for shipping back on your own, no problem, they will credit your card within 2-3 days after receiving the product back into their warehouse.
