Today I’ve had this annoying craving for Cinnamon Raisin Bread, but not the store bought kind. I have always been a huge fan of Cinnamon Raisin Bread, but too cheap to actually buy it, so here I am!

I got myself a delicious Cinnamon Raisin Bread recipe that will work in my bread machine that I had to have, which I rarely use. Check out the recipe I have to make your very own Cinnamon Raisin Bread recipe for Bread Machines!

Cinnamon Raisin Bread Recipe for Bread Machines

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 cups Gold Medal® Better for Bread™ flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
  • 3/4 cup raisins

Directions

Step One
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except raisins in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add raisins at the Raisin/Nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.

Step Two
Select Fruit/Nut Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

If you’ve lucked out and have a bread maker like mine that has a little spot to put the added ingredients (raisins) into so it automatically puts the raisins in at the right time, make sure to put your raisins into it! The Hubby reminded me as I’ve never used my bread machine for a fruit bread, but definitely loving it!
