I don’t know about you, but I love quick recipes! Especially when I am really busy – which is most of the time. 🙂
Check out this easy recipe for chicken wraps that my family and I love to make.
What you will need:
Can of pineapple (drained)
Can of mandarin oranges (drained)
Cooked chicken (I have used leftover baked chicken for these and also purchased fully cooked chicken breast strips – both work great)
Wishbone Light Asian with Sesame & Ginger Vinaigrette
You just simply add a little of the pineapple, mandarin oranges, chicken and coconut onto your flour shell, and if you wish, drizzle a little dressing on top. Wrap it up and enjoy.
These are so good! Great for lunch, dinner, taking to the beach, etc. Plus, very little mess to clean up afterwards! 🙂
