Summer time is quickly approaching, which means a evening walk with a little DQ goodness is soon to be in store! This can be such a joyous time for a child and a great way to recreate memories with my own kids like I had when I was growing up. Around here, we love ice cream. We especially love Dairy Queen ice cream. Whether it is an ice cream cake or the classic chocolate dip cone, we are in love.
Making Memories with Dairy Queen
There is one thing I love. A Sunday walk after a hot summers day with some ice cream and family. It is the perfect match for an end to a week and the perfect way to just say, I love you! It is something we do quite regularly around here and something I look forward to doing again this summer.
Thanks to General Mills, we can enjoy this even more this summer with the awesome coupons made available on various General Mills cereal boxes. It is nice to save on an evening out with the kids, and they’re truly excited when it comes to ice cream.
It is starting to warm up which means I am officially getting excited for summer. I am not a big heat fan, but will gladly take a overly warm day if it means I can end it with a little DQ!
