Phoenix -> Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. local time

Cleveland -> Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. local time

24 Hour Turnaround Guarantee

If your proof is approved by 5:00 PM EST, your order is guaranteed to go to print that evening and ship from 48HourPrint facility or be ready for pick up in 24 hours – or your order is FREE*. The following exceptions apply:

24 hours refers to 1 business day and does not include weekends or holidays.
This policy only applies to smaller quantity jobs printed on a digital press and do not require any finishing operations – meaning they are “print” & “cut” products.
This policy covers only Appointment Cards, Bookmarks, Buckslips, Bumper Stickers, Business Cards (Flat), CD Labels, DVD Covers, DVD Labels, Labels, Letterhead, Magnets, Postcards, Posters (8.5” x 11” and 11” x 17”), Rack Cards, Response Cards, Sell Sheets, and Stickers.
This guarantee only applies to quantities less than 500 for the above products printed on a digital press.
The 24 Hour Turnaround Guarantee does not cover UPS delays in picking up orders for shipment or in delivering orders.

* All refunds for missed 24 Hour Turnaround Guarantee orders exclude shipping and tax.

48 Hour Turnaround Guarantee

If your proof is approved by 5:00 PM EST, your order is guaranteed to go to print that evening and ship from 48HourPrint facility or be ready for pick up in 48 hours – or your order is FREE*. The following exceptions apply:

48 hours refers to 2 business days and does not include weekends or holidays.
This policy does not include the following:
Custom orders, mailing services and/or ink jetting
Quantities greater than 4,000
The 48 Hour Turnaround Guarantee does not cover UPS delays in picking up orders for shipment or in delivering orders.

5-Day Turnaround Guarantee

For larger quantity jobs and other projects that require extra finishing operations (which are not covered under our 48 Hour Turnaround Guarantee), 48HourPrint offer a 5-Day turnaround guarantee on the remainder of their standard products.

If your proof is approved by 5:00 PM EST, your order is guaranteed to go to print that evening and ship from their facility or be ready for pick up in 5 business days – or your order is FREE*. The following exceptions apply:

5 business days does not include weekends or holidays.
This policy does not include custom orders, mailing services and/or ink jetting.
The 5-Day Guarantee does not cover UPS delays in picking up orders for shipment or in delivering orders.

* All refunds for missed 5-Day Turnaround Guarantee orders exclude shipping and tax.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is defined as the time it takes for 48HourPrint.com to print your order after you have approved your proof and does not include the time an order takes to be delivered once it leaves their production facility. Be sure to account for delivery times when you place your order.
