At Chamilia, they strive to satisfy all their customers.
You have the right to return your shipment within 14 days of delivery; after this, items can no longer be returned.
It is currently not possible to exchange/replace an item(s) for a different article. To do so, a new order must be placed online and you will be refunded automatically with the amount of purchase. If you are a gift recipient of this article, the original buyer will be refunded.
Please use the peel-off label attached to the delivery slip for your return parcel and send by standard uninsured mail. Keep a copy of your postal transaction for your own reference purposes.
