With Summer now arriving, it is time to find the perfect simple shoes that will look great with everything you wear. Us women always seem to have a difficult time finding summer shoes, but this year we want to make the search real easy for you. This past weekend I finally purchased my very first pair of TOMS Wedges. I have hesitated on this purchase because I am not much of a heel wearer, but I do enjoy a nice heel every now and again. Being down in the US has opened up my TOMS Shoes selection hugely, and not too surprising, it has been the only thing I’ve purchased this entire trip. I have purchased 6 pairs of TOMS in the past 3 weeks now. Whoops!
I decided since I am quite pleased with the TOMS Wedges, I would do my own little review on them for you guys. I do have a few family members that have been eyeing up the TOMS Wedges just like me, so I know you guys will love this review!
TOMS Womens Wedges Review
Right off the bat, the TOMS Wedges are very comfortable and form fitting. I was worried that they would cut into my toes on the open toe front, but this did not occur. I purchased a half size smaller then what I usually wear, and the overall fit was perfect. It seems the insole on the Wedges is different from what they usually use on TOMS Shoes, but it is still just as comfy and holds the shoe on properly.
The wedge does look quite high when you are looking at off foot, but when wearing, you do not feel like you are wearing an excessively high heel. The overall comfort is still quite astounding. I have zero discomfort that I would usually experience wearing heels, no back pain, no cut ankles or backs of feet, absolute comfort. You do not feel like you are wearing heels one bit.

I LOVE my Tom’s wedges and own several pairs. Do you have any suggestions on how to clean the heel? (I wore them in the rain the other day!)
3.5″!!!!!!! Way too high for those of us who are having ‘issues!’ How about one that is 1 3/4 -2 1/4 in high? Otherwise, very pretty shoes & would love to try them!
